To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Since some of the products in Nainsouk are custom art, sourced directly from the artisans in rural India- there may be a slight delay in shipment in certain cases. Though we try to reduce such instances, we will not be liable for any such delay in delivery.
For Custom and Bulk Orders, please give your orders at least a month before the desired delivery date

Return & Exchange Policy
Return / Refund / Cancellation
Nainsouk endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
We do not offer Returns or Refunds on products that are delivered in normal condition and as per the order placed.
Since every product is hand-crafted, there might be slight impactions due to human involvement in the process. This makes each piece you receive, unique to only you, thus making it one of a kind. Returns for a slight difference in the shade of color or natural material impactions, such as is applicable in the case of wood, are excluded from the return policy.
If you receive a different item against what you ordered as per the product listing, or if the product arrived in a damaged condition, we shall extend a refund. This is will be at the discretion of Nainsouk.
To initiate refund, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery receipt. We would be needing an unboxing video that starts at the order label. This helps us in safeguarding our artisans as well as providing our customers with what was promised.
Claims without unboxing video are void.
Change of mind is not applicable since all our products are hand-made for every order.
Returns and Refund window period is valid for 48 hours or 2 days of order receipt.
Process to Initiate Returns
1. Contact Nainsouk Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery receipt with the unboxing video and photographs of the concerned product.

2. Nainsouk team will review your concern and revert with a solution within 15 Business Days.
3. Once the product is received by us in untampered condition, we will initiate fresh shipping within 7 Business Days at our own expense (if applicable). Please note, in case of unavailability of the same product, Nainsouk holds the right to proceed with a Full Refund.
5. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

A Note to Our Dear Patrons
1. Handmade & Handpainted products may have slight imperfections in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size, and also, insignificantly different from each other which make them unique & an object of desire. Almost, 1 which is unique to every customer. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such a scenario.
2. Wooden products may develop hairline cracks with the change of temperature & climate and with time. This is a natural process. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such a scenario.
3. Antiques & Vintage Collections are not machine-made or machine finished or newly manufactured. We retain the original old look the way, the product was collected and we do not repair or modify any imperfections, to retain the authenticity of the time & source. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such a scenario.
4. Handmade or Handpainted or Handcrafted or Vintage or Antique products will not be exactly similar to each other in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size. The photograph will not be an exact representation of the product, you receive, but of course similar. Any dispute, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such a scenario.
5. Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Post this timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
6. Return & Refund Policy will be applicable on the products returned to us without any damage – in original condition.
7. Return & Refund Policy will be applicable on the returned products which are unused, unwashed and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
8. In the case where a customer has provided the wrong or incomplete delivery address and our Shipping Partner failed to deliver after 3 attempts OR the recipient refused to accept the delivery, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable. The customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate the dispatch process again from our end.
9. In the case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping Agency, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
10. Unboxing video is a must for all returns to prove damage during transit and/or manufacturing defects. Without one Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
